Own training courses

Employees’ knowledge and competencies significantly affect customer satisfaction. Together with the Vista College and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences educational institutes, new educational programmes at mbo (vocational education and training) and hbo (higher professional education) level have been developed. These are fully fledged study programmes for recognized degrees. Customer service is a profession. It is necessary to train people so that they can help customers in a professional and sufficient way. Thanks to the collaboration with companies, educational institutes, and governments within Customer Service Valley, targeted educational programmes can be developed and implemented. Thanks to our collaboration with regional mbo (vocational education and training and hbo (higher professional education) educational institutions, our partners can directly contact specialized interns and graduation projects. This method results in the creation of new insights to further develop the profession.
